Coaching Calls for MAintenance and Tune ups

o A 60 minute coaching call. This includes email communication for a week, as needed.
o Help developing a plan for creating last change in your health and wellness, focusing on such areas as : exercise, relationship with food, a meal plan, creating change, creating more self loving practices in your life, changing specific beliefs and corresponding behaviors, and developing your intuition and body guidance.
$125 for a 60 minute phone coaching session
